My wife Kamu used to work as a teacher and trainer. Now she has three jobs:

• Unpaid fulltime homemaker
• Part time office support at SMR
• Reviewer of my books

Our two sons Maha and Subbu go to a private school in Kuala Lumpur. Maha takes after his father while Subbu is a carbon copy of his mother. They play the piano and the guitar. We encourage them to learn new languages and about our culture. Their goal for this year is to learn Carnatic music and excel in Tamil, their mother tongue.

My wife Kamu and I were delighted to welcome a new addition to the family - a baby girl. My daughter Shreeiya Sethu is ensuring that I practice better work: life balance. If I have to pass up jobs due to long travels, I am sure my customers will understand that for the moment.
